We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy on all items.
To start a return:
1. Contact us via the Contact page within 30 days of receiving your order. 2. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label. 3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging if possible. 4. Drop it off at any carrier location.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. You will be refunded to your original payment method.
Items must be unused and in their original condition. Opened board games are eligible for return only if the contents are complete.
